I had one or two private lessons just to learn the techniques but have stayed working and learning with her now for over two years.

Mai is the most exceptional gifted wonderful yoga teacher, able to communicate not just the intricacies of muscle and bone and of how and why the body is working the way it is, but to apply that knowledge to change the way I use my body in everyday life. She has shown me that human emotion leaves physical patterns that I have developed and helped me identify and release those areas where I hold that tension.

Her hands on gently way to’ Yin' yoga combined with her unique gift –has transformed my life and shown me that yoga is indeed a ‘practice’ and a release, not just for the body but for the mind and spirit as well. There is no judgement or achievement with her only exploring the whole being and what it needs to be more comfortable in its existence.

Bonjour Mai,

Je voudrais te remercier pour tes cours de yoga si intéressants et te dire que j’ai eu grand plaisir à pratiquer cette discipline avec une personne telle que toi, si professionnelle et si attentive aux autres. Toujours de bonne humeur et bienveillante.

Tu incarne, à mon sens, l’esprit du yoga qui n’est pas uniquement des exercices bons pour le bien du corps, mais aussi une philosophie de vie.

Le lezioni di yoga con Mai sono il più bel regalo che ci si possa fare! I corsi sono a 3/4 persone e questo permette a Mai di sviluppare ogni volta un programma differente ad hoc x il gruppo. Grazie a lei mi sono riappacificata con la pratica dello yoga, dimenticando la nuova tendenza a differenziare gli stili e lasciandomi trasportare dalla meravigliosa energia positiva e benefica che si crea di volta in volta.

"I feel like writing down how wonderful Maï's yoga sessions are for me.
I so appreciate the unifying feeling her yoga brings into my life : body and soul work together and being quite a cerebral personality, my intellect even finds the satisfaction of understanding yoga, it's meaning, making connections between positions, body parts, their symbolic meaning and function, in a very lively way of learning by Maï's gentle way of putting it in words as she makes us get the sensation.
And when it comes to outdoor practice, it becomes unifying with the world around almost in a spiritual way !
I used to go to yoga as a good way to get some physical maintenance, but now I see the benefit in the deeper life balancing effect it has on me.
