My love of Yoga:

Some ten years ago I started Yoga to keep fit. Yoga ended up giving me infinitely more than I have ever expected.

After years of earnest practice and intensive teacher training courses at YogaLondon, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher to deepen my practice. It has wonderfully opened my way to teaching experience. It is my great joy to be able to share my love of Yoga with others. I am passionate about sharing widely with the community what is significantly beneficial to all.

Scientists and health professional have long approved the goodness of a regular Yoga practice. We still need to step on the Yoga mat to effectively experience the Yoga power on our body.

Not only does a regular Yoga practice give us physical strength, but also clear thoughts and a peaceful mind.

I have been working with practitioners from a wide range of fitness background, physical conditions, and ages. I have learned a lot from my numerous experiences in 1-2-1 tuition which helped me to be efficient in building bespoke classes to meet individual need.

More than a strong and fit body, we need a sense of inner well-being. I believe that the connection between the mind and the body plays a pivotal role in releasing stress and anxiety in the context of our high-pace modern lifestyle.

If Yoga does not have the magical power of changing the world overnight, Yoga has undoubtedly the power of changing the way we relate to whatever happens in our life. This makes a lot of difference.

This process which may seem to be a slow change at first is a steady and profound transformation. A regular Yoga practice gently leads our way from well-being to loving kindness, all the better for our everyday life.

I strongly believe that everyone, at any stage of life and practice, can take something immensely beneficial from this ancient form of science of body and mind, I am teaching small groups with great focus on breathing techniques, muscle strength, body balance, and alignment. I also put a lot of care in nurturing the body energy after each class with a replenishing meditative relaxation.

You can find various Yoga style in MaiYogaJourney classes, from the very energetic Ashtanga Vinyasa to the mild and restorative Yin Yoga practice. Adept of Yoga Nidra practice, I am passionate of sharing with you this powerful way of deep meditation.

Yoga is wide and inclusive. Yoga always meet us, at the place we are on our path and make us do better what ever we want to work on : strength, flexibility, good health condiction (good sleep and good digestion), clairvoyance (intuition), social interaction, peaceful mind, stress free body... Yoga is a life long practice, I am thank full of the day I started my journey. You are so much welcome to join my practice.

Let’s practice Yoga, and we will find the way to bring the best of ourselves, inside out.
